Availability
All plans paid monthly upfront by card. Unused hours expire at the end of the month — we'll warn you before they do. Need more hours in a busy month? Extra hours are billed at your plan's rate. Purchases for clients are made only within a written pre-approved limit, with a receipt provided for every purchase.

FAQ
Every accepted task gets a promised completion time — the same promise on every plan. Most tasks are completed within 1–2 business days; anything bigger gets a date we agree with you upfront.
Unused hours don't roll over — they expire at the end of the month. We'll warn you before they do, with suggestions for tasks to use them on.
You set a written spending limit. We purchase only within it, online on your behalf. You get a receipt for everything. We never hold your cards or handle cash.
It keeps things simple and honest for both of us: your time is reserved, and you never get a surprise bill. Your hours are tracked, and you see the balance in your weekly summary.
Yes. Confidentiality is built into our service agreement. If a task needs a login, we arrange that privately by email after onboarding — please never put passwords in this website form.
